This weekend “zoomed” by literally and figuratively! I got to meet the rest of our non profit SENG board of directors, brain storm strategic planning, and delve deeply into the inner workings of SENG during our annual board of directors retreat.
SENG’s mission is to empower families and communities to guide gifted and talented individuals to reach their goals: intellectually, physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.
SENG envisions a world where gifted and talented individuals are supported to build gratifying, meaningful lives and contribute to the well‐being of others by connecting diverse communities dedicated to meeting the social emotional needs of gifted individuals.
Emotional needs are often overlooked/undervalued, yet it is foundational to mental and physical health and a negotiable environment necessary for twice-exceptional student success.
